About Us

Hess Capital was founded by Karl Hess in February 2020. 

Karl has a background in Commercial Finance, starting his finance career in 2011 as a graduate within Westpac Commercial & Agribusiness. Over the next decade Karl worked across various sectors in Commercial, Agri and Residential lending. 

Karl holds a Bachelors Degree in Business (Banking & Finance), Diploma of Financial Services & Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. 

This background allows Hess Capital to assist both self-employed and wage earning applicants reach their goals. 

Karl’s attention to detail and care extends to all his clients. Hess Capital’s goal is to be a trusted adviser to all clients, with the best interests of clients protected at all times. 

Outside of finance Karl enjoys tinkering on his cars (v8 or turbo he doesn’t discriminate) as well as relaxing (working) on the family farm.
